2/1/2010 - At this morning's Chapel service, Math Department Chairperson Mike Peller opened his service with the question, "When do you feel most alive?"
It was a question meant to spark reflection and introduce a thoughtful discussion of a number of Buddhist concepts, many as described by Thich Nhat Hanh, a Zen Buddhist monk who has done much to make the teachings of Buddhis... View |

1/30/2010 - The Winter Carnival 2010 events came to a climactic end at last night's lip synch contest in Hagerman Auditorium. 1/28/2010 - Mr. Macomber?!
Tonight's chapel and dinner was memorable for two reasons. At chapel we enjoyed some beautiful Bach string quartet pieces played by SeHan Cho, Me Wong-U-Railertkun, Mr. Kendall, and Mr. LaRocca. Then at dinner we laughed throughout the meal at all the students dressed (sort of) like faculty members.
As part of Winter Carnival, tonight's dinner... View |
