1/26/2010 - Advisee Advisor Dinner!
Tonight the faculty enjoyed another dinner in our homes with our advisees. The kitchen prepared us a wonderful meal of fried chicken, broccoli, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and brownies. 1/26/2010 - Barton Olympics!
As we entered the Gallop Gymnasium the theme song from the Olympics was playing, and then before the competition began everyone stood for the National Anthem. That was merely the beginning of the Barton Olympics!

1/25/2010 - In the midst of the torrential downpour slowly removing our beautiful snow cover from campus, one cannot help but think of the quote from Job 1:21 - "The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away."

1/25/2010 - Dodgeball!
Due to today's rain, winter carnival began with Dodgeball in the gym instead of the Human Iditarod on the quad, which will be Thursday night. The gym was packed with cheering fans as each dorm, the hill, and the day students faced off in a fun and exciting evening of Dodgeball. 1/24/2010 - Holderness prides itself on the strength of its snowsports program, and the talent of its skiers and snowboarders. Nearly 150 students make their way to the buses every afternoon, heading to Cannon, Loon, and Waterville Valley for practice with world-class coaches. And we appreciate hearing of their successes, made possible by their hard work.
