Friday we celebrated Good Friday immediately following lunch. The 30 minute service was a short but meaningful reflection on Christ's Passion.

4/9/2009 - Spring has officially sprung, as School Resource Officer Mike Barney was busy at lunch yesterday registering students' bicycles and skateboards for the upcoming term. The necessary precaution helps keep track of student property, creating a record including student name, bike/board description, and a photograph.

4/9/2009 - The Eastern Snowboarding team is out at Copper Mountain, CO competing in the USASA Nationals this week. "With the competition half over and some of the toughest competitions coming today and tomorrow, the level of competitor is on the rise and Holderness is standing out," said Alan Smarse, head coach.

4/7/2009 - Most of the Eastern Snowboarding team is out at Copper Mountain, CO this week for the USASA Nationals. The snowboarding team has had a tremendously successful season, sweeping every Lakes Region Alpine Series event, and sending Jamie Mills '09 to the Junior Worlds in Nagano, Japan.

4/5/2009 - One of the weekend activities on Sunday was to go to Cambridge to watch Blair Weymouth '05 and UVA play Harvard. Along with half a dozen Holderness students and several faculty, there were many alumni, past faculty, and present parents.
