4/4/2009 - Roderick the Magician!
On Saturday night the whole school gathered in Hagerman as Roderick Russell the Magician did tricks which completely defied logic and normal human behavior. He was able to read minds, swallow fire, escape from a straight jacket and chains, and swallow a 26 inch sword! We all watched in awe as he performed amazing feats.

4/3/2009 - Last night, we celebrated the work of our student athletes and teams during the winter 2008-2009 season at the Winter Athletic Banquet.

4/2/2009 - This morning, the school came together in Hagerman to start the spring term with a few words from Mr. Peck and a few announcements from faculty and coaches. The walk back and forth to Hagerman was a reminder of the coming spring, with the once tall drifts of snow surrounding the paths now replaced with grass and budding flowers.

4/2/2009 - While it was unfortunate that we were unable to host Holderness alum and extreme skier Chris Davenport for this year's athletic banquet (due to the recent and tragic death of his friend, Shane McConkey), we were fortunate to have our own Duane Ford '74 on hand.

4/1/2009 - In the "really funny and kind of cool" department, Digby van der Linde (the four-legged member of the van der Linde family) was named Vermont Sports Dog Issue "Most Athletic Dog of the Year" award. 3/31/2009 - Thirty athletes and three coaches went down to Cocoa Beach, Florida to help prepare for the upcoming spring lacrosse season. Each year, the Bulls attend the Royal Palms Lacrosse Tournament, located only minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and the east coast of Florida. 3/30/2009 - The 17th Annual MJ's Race - a celebration of the life of MJ LaFoley '95 - was held last Friday at Waterville Valley Ski Area, and a host of current students, alumni, and Holderness families were on hand to enjoy the great weather and great skiing.
