5/12/2010 - As of last week the All School Summer Reading Contest drew to a close with the selection of the novel City of Thieves by David Benioff. Even as the buzz rippled across campus, with those who had read the book parceling out tidbits to the as-yet-uninitiated, onto the scene popped what may be the best proposal for a summer read ever to cross the desk of the Secret an... It's called the "Rock Chapel" because senio... View |

5/9/2010 - Thanks to everyone who made our eighth Family Day celebration such a success. One of the highlights of the day was the send-off to prom, as most members of the junior and senior class were met by camera-wielding parents trying to get that last picture in before the students departed on the mini-buses.
Above, a shot of the excitement and mayhem outside of Weld. Than... View |

5/6/2010 - This morning, Ms. Henchey's Block 4 Spanish II class got dressed up and had a party in honor of Cinqo de Mayo (yes, they knew it was May 6, but the block schedule wasn't accommodating). As the school year winds down and the stress of upcoming exams winds up, sometimes it's fun to take a few minutes for fun. In this case, it was also an opportunity to talk about more than v... View |

It's art with a purpose, and we look forward to seeing the results!... View |

5/4/2010 - Holderness hosted another Community Day late yesterday afternoon, encouraging lacrosse players from the Plymouth area to share the turf field with members of the varsity boys and girls teams. These younger athletes walked through a variety of drills to develop core skills, and got to see and feel what a practice looks like at the high school level.
